The XP2100 is made of premium TPU surface material with a total finished film thickness of 144um (0.144±0.015mm), equipped with an 8um self-healing layer and 12um acrylic adhesive system. Its core performance indicators are fully tested and qualified: 93% VLT for high clarity, ≥68.9N penetrating resistance, 32MPa tensile strength, 269% elongation at break, and 90% UV blocking rate. The film has passed a series of rigorous physical and environmental tests, including 2000H UV weathering test (slight yellowing, normal repair performance), 720h damp heat resistance test (85℃/85%RH) and 66℃ high temperature test, with no yellowing, delamination, degumming or glue overflow, and the self-healing function remains effective after all tests. It also features good chemical resistance—no abnormality after xylene immersion and alcohol wiping, and only slight traces after marker pen smearing, meeting the high standards of automotive after-sales market.
